I get an error saying “Sorry you cannot post a link to that host.” when I try to post a link to github.com. Is that a setting that can be adjusted, @tdreyno?

Just to test things out, I’m going to post github nonsense.
So it appears this is most likely a Discourse setting revolving around Trust Level’s. I’m an admin so I’m able to spam the hell out of Github.com but I think you guys have gone over your ‘spam’ limit. Will see if I can sort something out.
I think this kind of setting change requires a little more privileges then I have on just the Web UI. cc @tdreyno
Hmm, looks like this is an odd setting in Discourse. Basically, the default new users can’t spam external links (makes sense), but there is no whitelist of domains.
I’ve updated the limit to 10, but maybe we need to file an issue with Discourse.

Was thinking the same thing, I looked for ages for a whitelist but to no avail. Very surprising that it doesn’t have this already.
