I noticed that these community forums have guidelines for acceptable behavior, but other places where community discussion can take place about the project (specifically Issues and Pull Requests) do not mention if these guidelines do or do apply not there.
I’m assuming discussions on Issues and PRs are essentially an extension of the discussions here and the same community guidelines apply? If so, can that be mentioned on this issue and added to the README?
If not, is there some specific reason that community participation has a published set of guidelines in this forum but not others? Can that be mentioned in the README?
