What do people think about writing contributor guidelines (in CONTRIBUTING.md) and adding a “jump in” tag for issues?
I think this would be a great idea! Perhaps though we should wait til 3.1 has landed. Do a spring clean and then start from there. No point jumping in on depreciated issues.
