When I shifted to MacOS Catalina, lost the ability to run Middleman Server, Middleman Build on my project. Has anyone shifted and had probs?
Are you running your own version of Ruby? I think Catalina removes the system installation of Ruby.
Actually what I finally did was to create a separate folder, link to it, and made a new install of Middleman. I then copied my old erb etc files from my old site to the new site and it worked fine. Evidently when I tried to open the old site after installing Catalina, it tried to use the old ruby gems which didn’t work but in the new install, with the new gems, everthing worked. Thanks for the reply.
