Nested set of directories containing multiple markdown files

Is there a way to process a nested set of dirs containing multiple markdown files, so that they create a corresponding set of html files mapped to urls that follow the directory hierarchy? Thanks!

Normally, you would just put the files and directories in the source directory, and Markdown would do that for you.

Thanks! Will it recreate the directory structure of the .md files or make them all flat? Because I would like to be able to make a navigation structure automatically from the directory structure.
