On a fresh middleman install the callendar.html and tag.html appear as "ignored" in http://localhost:4567/__middleman/sitemap/. Why is that ? what does it mean and what can I do to see this templates enabled?

tag.html and calendar.html are template files, used to produce dynamic pages. They should not be built in their ‘raw’ form. Instead tag.html will be used to produce the pages a_keyword.html and another_keyword.html.

ok so what do you suggest I should do ? I also don’t understand why they appear in this preview as ignored, disabled. Is this normal ?
